Dr. Nagorski and her staff are super awesome! Always friendly, affable, and of course, very knowledgeable. This is always a joy to visit for expert care and concern. Most highly recommended!
I'm a nurse and I stand for many hours of the day. I was desperate to see someone about my ankle pain this morning and I was able to book an appointment quickly on the Zocdoc website at 9 AM. I was limping and not able to walk to the next room without pins and needles in my ankles. I had previously been to the Gaithersburg office last year for a broken toe. This Bethesda office is easy to find and was about 30 minutes from my home. I only had to wait a few minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Lani Nagorski was so wonderful. I had plantar fasciitis before and was having ankle pain bilaterally for 2 days. She was able to determine what was going on in the first two minutes of meeting me. She was very pleasant and focused on addressing my pain. The technician took X-rays and Dr. Nagorski determined I had a soft tissue injury (tarsal tunnel syndrome). She gave me steroid shots in both of my legs and ankle braces with cushioning. She numbed the site very well and I did not feel any pain from the injections. I was able to WALK out the door without limping. She also gave me a prescription for an anti-inflammatory medicine. I asked for a referral to a physical therapist as well. I have my follow up visit in 3 weeks and expect to make a full recovery. Overall, great office and staff. I highly recommend her.
