Nesfield Performance

I started with Nesfield Performance at the outset of the pandemic, and could not be more pleased with the training I've received. Tomica Carter is a wonderful trainer, who prepares for each weekly session with great care, and administers the session with careful guidance and a good sense of humor.

Decided to have a one hour massage three days before a masters national swim meet. Fortunately Tiffany had time for a 90 minute massage-best massage I have ever had. She is a wealth of information that she willingly shares-an expert in her field!

I have been working with Tiffany for nearly a year now, and can tell you she’s the best! During our first detailed consultation appointment, we discussed areas that I wanted to focus on and since then, I have seen vast improvements in my overall strength, flexibility, and balance. From office manager, Kelly, to Tamika and the other trainers and therapists, Nesfield Performance provides great service and great individualized training and I have recommended them to many friends. I just completed the hour and a half assessment and was very pleased with the process! Next week I look forward to the workouts! The pre-assessment questionnaire thoroughly captured my personal information including diet, injuries, and goals which we reviewed together and discussed. The gym was clean and well equipped. Tiffany and Tomica are a pleasure to work with - pleasant and professional.

Wonderful, personal service in all areas. My trainer, Tomica always knows just what I need and she knows how to make me do the exercises exactly right. Tiffany gives the best massage/active release therapy in town. The whole group has been nothing but professional and so nice!
