Good staff

I was recommended to come to Theory to shop for my daughters interview, I went Saturday with my daughter and it was an amazing experience. The staff was very helpful. Jalen helped my daughter find a full suit explaining the different cuts and Willow helped her more in the fitting room styling her to perfection. My daughter left very satisfied and got the job she wanted and said a large factor was due to the fact she felt like she looked good and they took the stress off her l. Thank you all the staff we will see you soon.

Visited the store on Friday evening, an hour before closing and was so happily surprised at how kind the two employees were. I wish I caught their names because they were so helpful, patient and amazing amazing customer service manners!!!! Will visit again for sure!

This store continues to be one of my favorite in the area for work and casual-wear. The staff were very knowledgeable about their product line and cuts. While I would have preferred better fitting-room lighting for my own vanity, they assisted me in feeling comfortable in their mostly slim cut items. They do carry a few XXL pieces at this point (men's and women's) so I will be sure to come back and shop again without fear of not finding what I need!
