I had the pleasure of working with Louis Sivak from the Yellow Door Team of Douglas Realty. Both Louis and the team were very responsive and patient with all of my requests. Once we discussed the options and squared in on what kind of place I was looking for, they were constantly updating me on different locations and opportunities. Even when quarantine began, they kept in touch and tracked different properties of interest. As a first time buyer, this was all new and they were there to support my needs. In the end, I also had a time constraint on the buy and they were able to accommodate the request. I can't speak highly enough on the effort and attention I got from the team. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Tarek Khedr of Douglas Realty this year. He did an excellent job for us in both selling our current home and helping us find our next. Our realtor was Suebina. I can not say enough incredible things about her. She truly made this process possible for us as first time home buyers. On top of that, I was deployed overseas and my husband when we began the process was stationed in CO. She was extremely professional, polite and got to know us for what we wanted in a house and we were not willing settle on. We put a great deal of trust with Suebina and she did NOT let us down. Brad and his team were unbelievable. We had been given a 60 day notice by our landlord (they wanted to move back in) and thought with such a short time limit, there was no way we could become homeowners. NOPE! Brad & team busted butt to get us out and looking at houses the weekend after we got our notice, so we were already under contract by the following weekend. They answered questions no matter the time of day, and we were never left waiting or wondering about anything.

Professional yet personal, this group of realtors were a complete delight to work with. They got us into our home with 15 days to spare (and we didn't have to settle with anything). We are totally thrilled with our new home and glad we were recommended this group.
