They have been servicing my vehicles for a long time. They provide quality work for an affordable price. Communications are excellent. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.
After getting burned by the BMW dealership's service department, I was really glad to find this place. I couldn't get anyone to explain to me what they are doing to my SUV and why it took so much time and money at the dealership. If I asked more questions, their attitude was like you can't afford your BMW. Anyway, the treatment I got here is totally opposite. They are extremely honest and upfront. They even told me to postpone certain replacement and service because they think the SUV still has some margins left. This is a business that strives toward winning long term customers, not just short term profits.
I get consistently great service from Jeff and his crew. One of the things I appreciate the most is that Jeff explains what's going on with the diagnostic process and will usually give me a variety of options to choose from - as an example, my A/C wasn't working so I brought it in. I suspected there was a leak and it was going to be costly but Jeff recharged the freon (it was almost non-existent) and said we'd go from there. A few months later - A/C wasn't working again so I brought it back. They couldn't find a leak but re-charged it again (no cost to me) and Jeff said we should take a "wait and see approach" (especially since we're entering winter and I wouldn't likely need my A/C). If after 6 months, they were constantly re-charging it and no visible leaks found, then we could consider a more costly repair to the condenser. He doesn't try to "up-sell" me on repairs or push me to make decisions without giving me all the info AND when I do need a repair, it's still reasonably priced. Great customer service, clear communication, reasonable rates - truly the best shop in town.
Very nice and very busy.. they actually were willing to work with me on requests and price. I went on a long state to state trip after my service & had zero issues. Ty guys! :)
Love everyone there! I've had three cars of varying ages and problems and they've always been friendly, honest and helpful. The customer lobby is always clean and transactions are quick. Great group of folks.
