Having met and worked with many lawyers, while I was not Mr. Hartinger's client, only a witness - I can not speak more highly of him. His knowledge of the law, both procedural and substantive, empathy for his clients, ability to connect with people at multiple levels, and share invaluable advice for courtroom etiquette and procedures that most lawyers assume their clients know ( and don't! ), are just some of the many things that help separate him from the many other experienced lawyers in Frederick. Mr. Hartinger came well prepared and did a great job while only having a few days to prepare for court, and indeed showed interest and dedication to his client - I can't speak highly enough of him as an attorney.
