He is the only insurance agent my family has used that has been transparent on pricing, our needs and genuinely cares about our family. So much so, I have passed Barry down through two other generations of our family and he now insures my children and our grandchildren. He is responsive, both by phone and email. A one day turn around is expected in his industry as I am sure he receives a plethora of emails on a daily basis (not sure what Sung Kim was referring to) but I would recommend Barry to any and all of our friends. He's a rare agent in a sea of many options.
