I couldn't thank Jerrel enough for helping me yesterday! I lost my debit card and I'm leaving out the country on Monday. Although he had an appointment he was happy to squeeze me in and rush deliver my card so that it came in time. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Gini is one of the best counselors I’ve been too. She is a great listener, no judgement and helps guide you down a path of healing and restoration. I know the true healing comes from God but he has given her the tools to be able to help you in whatever your going through in life. She is gifted in all that she does and I highly recommend her!

The branch manager (Jose) helped us schedule a timely in-person appointment and Shay Thompson did a wonderful job with having our questions answered and needs met.

I do not expect much for customer services from a bank. However, this well fargo location seems to consistently provide outstanding customer services. It is now the only Well Fargo location I go to.
