  This location has been my favorite one thanks to Kevin he was an amazing guy he helped me and my niece get our new phones quickly and walked me through my new plan to make sure I was 100% satisfied he definitely went above and beyond with me thanks so much Kevin!! He was able to put my screen protector without any issues! 10/10

  I was extremely satisfied with the service provided. Eric was helpful, patient and concise, conducting himself professionally and courteously. Transaction was quick and I got everything I needed.

  Kevin the sales representative greeted me and he was very pleasant and friendly. Kevin understood what I wanted to achieve for my visit to the store. He was very knowledgeable about the products S23 and explained in detail my upgrade with trade in of my current phone S21. He also was able to pull up my offer and applied it to my current upgrade. Kevin is very reliable, nice, easy to talk to helpful, patient and a good worker. I enjoyed working with him and left the store feeling my visit was pain free and my upgrade was successful. Thank you Kevin.

  Usually I leave Verizon stores more frustrated than when I entered. NOT THIS TIME! Madeline was so sweet, unbelievably helpful and really patient. She helped me get a new phone, set it up and answered all my questions so that I left the store feeling better than when I walked in! She was fantastic. And the store seemed to be very well run. Great experience!!! Highly recommend this store.
