Friendly providers, (shout out to Jamie), good quality of care, easy to get appointments. Tele-visits are very convenient, was recommended by a friend, would recommend others.
I have been with Dr. Janssen through multiple office locations and front office staff. Over the years, the majority of his staff have been pleasant, accommodating and knows me and my family members by name. I continue to follow his practice because he, his colleagues and interns are diagnosis and treatment current, knowledgeable and caring. I have only positive comments about this practice and highly recommended them if you're looking for a community family doctor!
I am writing this review as a past staff member. When I joined this practice it was the best opportunity I had in learning customer service and bedside manner. After Dr. Janssen hired Nancy the new office manager, I saw a great effort in enforcing staff morale and patient satisfaction. I am sad to be leaving, but would recommend this office to any staff and new patients. The practice strives to assure that all patient questions and concerns are addressed in less than a day!
