Tom Donahue, Kym Harrison, and the team at Counselors Title made our Annapolis home buying process simple and stress-free. They were in contact with us throughout the process and kept us well-informed of what we needed to do, when, and why. We closed at their office in Annapolis, which was very convenient and made the whole event much easier. We cannot recommend Counselors Title enough!

Closing on a home and having tons of paper work to sign can be very intimidating, especially if it's your first time; but I am so happy to say that Ms. Colleen Smyth and her team made my family and I feel at ease from the minute we stepped in the door! Not only did they greet us with a smile, they immediately offered us refreshments and told us that we could also help ourselves. Because I'm not one to pass up sweets, I definitely took them up on their offer! Colleen then took us into a room, and introduced herself as well as all parties involved.
