Phenomenal experience! Everyone from the front desk to the assistant and the Dentist was outstanding! I was scared to go to the dentist previously and waited 10+ years. I am so glad I entrusted my care to them. It was quality work and it was affordable even though I don't have dental insurance! Don't wait like me, visit them!

I had a very successful experience with Dr. Chan and his staff while wearing Invisalign. I am so happy with my new smile. I was seen every 3 months for additional cleaning and every 6 to 8 weeks to pick up new aligners and be examined by Dr. Chan. I must say, Dr. Chan was very meticulous and made sure that I was comfortable with the process and that my teeth were adjusting properly. He called after hours when I initially started wearing my aligners just to make sure I was comfortable. He explained the process of the attachments and buttons and made sure the rubber bands had the right tension for my one stubborn tooth. He scanned my teeth as needed due that stubborn tooth that was not cooperating to ensure my aligners fit correctly. I am so amazed that my stubborn tooth is as straight as the others. He was always available for me to call if I had questions. If braces are in your future, I would recommend getting Invisalign from Dr. Chan and his staff who are amazing. Dr. Chan is very meticulous and explains the procedures in great detail. His office staff is very friendly and he is by far the best dentist I have had. He is worth the drive. I live 35 miles away!

I’ve been going to Gaithersburg Dental Care for a very long time now! Dr. Chan is the best dentist that has worked on my teeth! He has gentle hands and always gives good explanation of any work or procedure that needs to be done. He also gives a little warning in anticipation of the next step he is about to do. His dental hygienists have all been (are) very friendly and kind. His front desk staff are always professional and nice. I don’t ever recall having to wait a long time from my appointed time. I’ll be going to Dr. Chan until he retires someday and I hope that won’t be for a long time yet!
