(January 13, 2015, 11:30 am)I used Hottel to replace the washers and a handle in my shower at my home in Georgetown DC. The handles were 75 years old. I was concerned that the parts may not be available or they would need to order them. No problem. they had the parts. The technician arrived on time did a great job and was very professional. Thx!
