Knowing that my mom has had help at home has meant so much to our family, as we navigate all that is needed in her life and our own, during this challenging time. This team truly deserves praise for providing the immeasurable help they have provided for our family. We reached out to several companies for help before learning about Synergy and each time, we hit some kind of barrier. Not enough hours of care needed, not taking new clients who do not need many hours of care because it would not be cost effective during the pandemic, etc etc. This was so discouraging and frustrating; and then we met Synergy and a huge weight was lifted for us. Grace and Brenda are kind, patient, and extremely helpful in her home. They have communicated with me about cleaning supplies needed and kept detailed notes about how my mom seemed to be doing when they were visiting with her. It has been absolutely evident that her caregivers....care! Synergy paid attention when I called with questions/concerns, always provided communication when schedules needed to be adjusted, and sent newsletters outlining protocols and such surrounding the pandemic. We cannot thank Synergy enough for actually showing they care about people and families and not just profit.”
