As a senior business executive with experience running multiple businesses in the U.S. and Europe, I know a great business when I see one .... and Andrew runs a great business.
From the onset of our visit Andrew was proactive, friendly, informative and helpful, all with an amazing sense of humor. He knows his store, he knows his products and most importantly he knows people. We could not have asked for a better experience and walked away not only the owners of two sets of new Asics shoes, but the recipients of some of the best retail service I've experienced in the last several years.
In 5 minutes Andrew did more for the Asics brand than any amount of marketing or advertising could do in a year. Asics has rocketed toward the top of my favorite brands because of our experience with Andrew and we will definitely be returning here first when considering products in their category.
