  As we talked with friends who own hot tubs, it was apparent that the place to go was Capital Hot Tubs and Spas. We were told to bring swimsuits to the show room so we could experience different models first hand before making a decision. We received excellent customer service throughout the entire process from purchase to deliver to installation to maintenance help. This is our first hot tub so we had many questions that were responded to promptly from patient attentive employees.The continued support is much appreciated.   I’ve had a Hot Springs Hot tub for many years. The reliability has been great but when I have needed service Capital Hot Tubs has always been out quickly and fix any issue that needs attention. I also always get my chemicals. Great supply and prices.

  We have been enjoying our new Aria Hot Tub for the past two weeks. Alex came out to our house for a site review. Joe and the crew did deck support and delivery of the tub and they all did so in a very helpful and professional manner. I would recommend Capital Hot Tubs to anyone.

  Terrific buy experience. We are replacing our old and the newer are so much nicer. Alex is fantastic to work with. We’ll post more when delivered and installed.
  Capital Hot Tubs was helpful with delivery planing as our home was very challenging. The crew arrived as planned and was fabulous, they and even sought the help of another to assist them. Our old was removed and the new one iwhich is so much nicer is installed.. This crew was truly amazing as this took many hours and tedious work but not one complaint . We are eagerly waiting for the electrician to try it out!

  We started looking into a hot tub for my son for hydrotherapy, he is eight and has autism. I contacted Capital Hot Tubs after hearing about a free flow mini spa and since we live in a condo, i wanted more information on if it would fit. Alex not only was able to give me a ton of information but was also willing to speak to our condo association about the health benefits and to help us get it approved! After speaking with the county to make sure our deck could handle the weight and getting it approved by management, we were ready to get it delivered!
  
  The delivery team was amazing! Not only did two guys take this up the stairs but were able to get it on my second floor deck! We plugged it in, put in a hose and filled it up right away. We have had it for two days now and my son comes straight home from school and gets right in it! The temperature is at 98 degrees and after about a half an hour, he goes inside and is just completely relaxed! It’s amazing!! Merry Christmas to us!!!!!!
