I stopped by at the Germantown branch on 2-11-23 and was assisted by Nitaya. She’s always so cheerful and attentive and this time she caught a payment that hadn’t been made on a loan because it wasn’t set-up for auto pay when I signed up for it.
I wasn’t there for that but I was so grateful that she would take the time to make sure my business with the bank was in good order.
I like her and I hope her manager recognizes what a wonderful team member she is to ESFCU!

Lisa have a wonderful person in helping me with everything. I get in and out fast with some small talk.
I had a wonderful experience at ESFCU Germantown. I came to Susan, Branch Manager, several times with questions regarding auto loans and purchasing a vehicle. She expressed immense patience, kind help, and encouraging words each time we sat down together. Even though this was not my regular Credit Union location, I look forward to coming back in the future because of the trusting relationship I built with Susan. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a bank that cares about its members!
