“If you know the service guys names... well I don’t know if that’s a good thing.... what I do know is that every time I go here they take great care of me. They are honest and I trust them. I am paranoid about my brakes and always ask them to inspect them during my routine services, they could easily recommend a brake job but don’t... they reassure me by showing me that everything is within standards. Sometimes they do get backed up a little, but that’s because for a lack of other options the few shops in the area take advantage and over charge. Be patient plan your day, you’ll be fine.”

“A very fun set of trails to bike on. I always go on a weekday around lunchtime and it is relatively empty. A simple loop is hard cider to browning run to windy ridge and back via the western piedmont. Allows for a good exercise at a speed of your own choosing. I’ve been able to roll over all the roots and rocks encountered. If it rained the day before expect things to be muddy. And it can be very muddy. Even if it didn’t rain the day before expect a few muddy patches to always be present. During the summer expect lots of mosquitoes. During a few weeks in the fall a certain type of spider likes to spin their web across the trail gap. Expect to be clearing a lot of webs from your face around that time. And maybe carrying a few with you on your ride. Always watch out for horse poo.”

“Spent a night at the Loop E group camping area. Half of the area is a little too hilly to be comfortable in a tent, but OK in a pinch. The upper area is nice and flat and perfect for tenting, but a bit far from the main fire pit. Still very pleased overall as always”

“ My wife and I moved up here from Dallas, Texas about a year ago. We are Baptist by denomination but we left our options open when were looking for a new church home. And that is exactly what we found while attending Hyattstown United Methodist Church; a church "home". From the very first visit they made us feel very welcome. It is a fairly small church, in a fairly small community. We live within 5 miles of most of the member. It's a little older (mostly +60s) crowd than we were used to in Dallas, since my wife and I taught children’s church and a children’s choir. But it is a welcome change, we have learned so much from them all. If you want to get a feel for our church community we are having a Harvest Fest Saturday October 20th 2007 from 3-6 with free food and events. Pumpkin carving, making scarecrows, roasting hot dogs & marshmallows over a bonfire, drinks, and more.”
