He is very smart about how to help an adult like me who lack a sense of timing, coordination, pulse etc. He has techniques for breaking down difficulties into doable parts to be able to practice at home and learn to play more advanced pieces. He is extremely patient and has a great sense of humor. He is also a great father and family man.
(August 13, 2018, 10:10 pm)Both my daughter and I take lessons with Matthew. My daughter enjoys her lesson and I can hear her progress over the two years she has been studying with Matthew. As an adult student myself, I feel very much at ease with my lessons and I am very happy with my progress. His studio is beautiful and comfortable for those who wait there for their child.
