100% best experience having my studio’s students recital here! Jenny, the marketing director for Steinway personally came to help me set up and made sure that I had everything I needed before the recital. She and her brother went out of their way to make sure that my students, family, and guests were able to find the hall without problem. Everyone was very happy!

Ms. Jenny was incredibly nice, hard working,
knowledgeable, and accommodating. We came in looking for a Steinway B and Ms. Jenny showed the perfect one for us (and several others as comparison).

She really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy during the process and we can't thank her enough!!

Great experience shopping for an upgrade to my daughter's piano. She has been playing for a few years and is now considering studying at the college level so we needed a better piano - something that could sound like a GP but fit in a split level home. A friend and neighbor recommended we work with Jenny and we were so happy with her recommendation. Jenny made our experience very calm and relaxed, giving my daughter time to play as many pianos as she wanted to test. She finally narrowed her choice to two pianos and went back and forth a bit until she was happy with her selection. Thanks Jenny! Couldn't be happier.

Jenny was brilliant to work with. She ensured every piano I tried was beautifully prepped. Gave me tons of space to sample pianos and to deliberate about them. Ultimately, she offered me a great deal on the purchase of a Model A--better than any of the multitude of other piano sellers I consulted. I also really enjoyed working with Jenny. She's personable, knowledgeable, and very good at making the daunting business of piano shopping fun and stress-free. I couldn't be happier!
