I highly recommend Taylor! For years I have been working out, and essentially spinning my wheels in the mud with concern to my fitness and weight loss goals. During our initial intake, Taylor took 90 minutes to learn about my fitness goals, nutrition history, and set-up a plan for me to follow. Her wealth of knowledge about nutrition is truly phenomenal and does a great job of simplifying it for us non-experts. I’ve been to nutritionists before; they provided a menu with little to no education as to why I’m eating what I’m eating, and no real food options for when things get bland/boring. When working with Taylor, you get the feeling she has general interest in your health and your ability to reach your goals. In addition, she’s highly accessible for a quick question via email, and even a text. She provides resources for blogs and social media outlets for different recipes. If you want to reach your fitness goals in an efficient and sustainable manner, I highly recommend Taylor!
