I'm sure that Carolyn Bratton's review is for the Olney office only. As she suggests, Dr. Jackson is responsive, compassionate and patient, and an excellent diagnostician. The receptionist at the Clarksville office is cheerful, competent, and efficient--a fitting welcome to Dr. Jackson's outstanding practice. Ms. Bratton is right that office staff should reflect the quality of care rather than antagonize and discourage patients.
I've been going to see Dr. Jackson for years, as does my mother. Dr. Jackson will actually sit down with you and listen to what you have to say. Recently, she helped me discover that I have a rare heart condition. She is amazing and I highly recommend her.
Dr. Jackson is great! I found her after my long-time doctor retired. She gives off an old-school doctor vibe and I can imagine her making house-calls (but I don't think she does). My wife and adult kids have also seen her and she always gives you time to talk and ask questions. I would recommend Dr. Jackson to anyone looking for a good primary care doctor.
