Dr. Estelle Jean is TERRIFIC! I almost forget she's the same age as my daughters. She is smart, sensible, patient, never condescending - I am glad to have found her.
The front desk staff constantly disappoint. AGAIN today, the office is "temporarily closed" during normal business hours when a patient may well be calling with a medication question. "Call back in an hour or two" is not what one needs to hear on a Friday afternoon (or ever).
In these days wherein widespread honor to and adherence for the hippocratic oath is no longer envogue,one must be extremely grateful to be under Dr.Jean's motherly/doctorly care.
