Cute little house turned quaint restaurant. Rooms turned into dining areas. Food is farm-to-table. Good menu of breakfast and lunch items. Food was delicious!
Found out about this place on Facebook and my wife and I were very pleased with the service and the food was just incredible, hats 👒 off to the chef! Chicken Salad and Shrimp were phenomenal! Go check em out!
I would really love to love Locals.
I bought a raspberry scone, it was okay, a cup of coffee, not much flavor and not hot, a sourdough boule, excellent and a loaf of cheesy bread which didn't have two ingredients listed, one of which upsets my stomach.
I would love to try breakfast there as it looks great.
The outside tables are good for visiting with friends and I am hoping that my visit was an off day.
Charming cafe/shop in a charming town.
Cozy, warm and lovely neighborhood Cafe with great foods. I specially recommend the Local's sourdough breads and the chocolate chip cookies. Also, one of the place to buy locally roasted coffee beans and Poolesville's honey.
We’re weekly regulars at Locals and we love it. The food is delicious whether you are ordering a meal, some pastries or fresh baked bread, or taking home locally grown produce. It’s also where we come to connect with people in the community, build relationships, get to know our neighbors. The art is inspiring and the place itself is just beautiful both inside and out. The people are a joy to get to know.
Also check Facebook for events, from live music and open mics to meet and greets with candidates running for local office. So glad to have creative community builders in a world that has grown accustomed to isolation and separation.
