I first contacted Brian Saturday afternoon of 4th of July weekend. I have no idea what I may have interrupted on a holiday weekend, however he returned my call in less than 10 minutes and immediately went to work for us!
We worked together to get an offer written that needed to be submitted the following morning. He also got me in contact with a lender to get a Conditional Approval for Financing letter to present with the offer. From the first conversation with Brian, I felt we had the right realtor in our court, working for us. He was very responsive and made good suggestions that helped me and my husband, and made our offer more attractive to the seller.
Throughout the process Brian was available anytime day or night, via phone, text or e-mail.

We hired Brian Jamison to sell our home of 27 years in Nov 2021 because Brian had successfully sold a piece of property (empty lot) we owned in 2019 and had been trying (unsuccessfully) to sell for 3+ years with a different broker. Within a matter of weeks the property sold for our asking price.

With regard to the sell of our home, Brian was amazing. He never pressured us to do anything we didn’t want to do (I.e., sell early, price to high or low, etc.), he kept us informed about the Market, comps, buyer interest. We took our time preparing the house with no pressure, and when we were finally ready he posted the house on the MLS and had interest the same day. We even had our first offer the next day. We did wait to accept any offers until after the open house and got 3 offers for more the our asking price. We accepted an offer that was 4.2+ over the asking price and in less then a week after putting it on the market. I’d hire Brian again In a minute if I needed to sell a home. He’s a real go-getter.
