You provide to me not just financial advise, but also emotional support which I greatly appreciate. In addition, Joan has a great customer service skill and possess a lot of knowledge on how to guide and help people. FOR REAL we need more people like you Joan in the bank. Zoi Varthi in particular was patient, knowledgeable, informative, and just generally kind and pleasant. She made buying a car more exciting and less stresseful.
