Between the mystical development classes, reiki training, energy healing, and the monthly membership meditations, Alex has added so much unbelievable magic and connection to my life. Honestly a few of the meditations I’ve done with her have seriously changed my life in a big way.

She is also so incredibly supportive and encouraging with all of us that work with her on our healing journey; it’s not always easy or pleasant to shed old parts of ourselves but Alex’s example and guidance really give you courage to choose yourself. Very very grateful I found her and dropped in on a reiki share!!

I starting working with Alex over two years ago. What I initially intended to gain from our sessions were exceeded beyond my expectations. I have taken both energy healing and shadow work sessions with her. Through these sessions I felt seen,heard, and validated. Alex created a safe space which allowed me to work through childhood traumas. She has helped me heal my inner child by letting her know she is heard and seen. I have learned to identify my triggers by allowing myself to feel and release the emotions attached to them. I still have a ways to go, but I now have the tools i need to help myself. I have also learned to have a new/different perspective on situations.

Alex is also my teacher for reiki and mystical development. She has shown me how to open myself up and trust my intuition. I am part of her groups which she has created with intention to help foster a community. She gives us guidance and provides us with insight.

I will forever be grateful for how Alex has helped me. She is a beautiful soul and I am truly lucky to have met her.

I have been working with Alex for a couple of years now and she is absolutely AMAZING!! Recently I was diagnosed with what most would consider a very deadly form of cancer. I meditated on what I needed to do to get through this and in my meditation Alex kept appearing. So once I got my thoughts together I gave her a call. This amazing lady has blessed me with her healing energy, and had guided me through reiki meditation.
