I’m so happy I got my Invisalign treatment done with Shin Orthodontics! I was not an easy case, but Dr. Debra Shin and staff were very professional, patient, and took the time to make sure I was happy with my final result.

Things I liked about them:

- Price | The pricing was fair and they really went above and beyond with my care.

- Location | Their offices were both conveniently located to me. I had the opportunity to go to both locations and they were equally clean and professional.

- Ease of communication | They have a text message option to reach the office. Anytime I had any scheduling issues or questions, I could just text them and they would respond back pretty quickly. Shout out to Abrianna at the front desk! She is AWESOME. She was always making sure any issues I had were taken care of.

This is a gold standard ⭐️ office, and I am recommending to anyone in the Rockville area looking for orthodontic treatment to go to Shin Orthodontics!

I had a very good experience at this office! Dr. Debra Shin is the best! I really appreciate how she took the time to help me understand my dental structure/issues, how Invisalign works and what I can do to help with my TMJ. The staff is great and very responsive on the text messages whenever I need to contact them! My teeth are looking better than ever! So I highly recommend Dr. Debra Shin if you are looking for a orthodontist!

I consulted with 4 orthodontists near MD and DC areas then I chose Dr. Debra Shin, and I think it is the best choice I can possibly make. While other orthodontists may push you to buy sponsored products or ask you to extract extra teeth to make their work easier, Dr. Debra Shin only cares about my needs, goals and feelings. She also has the courage to choose the more complex and challenging but much less invasive method for my difficult case. She responded to my questions even during weekends. Although doing orthodontics could be scary sometimes, I always felt relaxed to see her because she is very gentle and has a lot of patience. I am overall very satisfied with the final result thanks to her professionalism. Would definitely recommend her to anyone with the needs.

Dr. Debra Shin will not stop until she makes your teeth straight and corrected. She is very honest and transparent about how she is going to correct my teeth given the condition it was at and my age (I am pretty old), she managed to make my teeth much much better— it took me a long time to achieve the nicest set of teeth that I have right now but it was all worth it…The staff are very nice and helpful. You should go visit her office if you need to make your teeth healthy and strong. She’ll take in kids and kids at heart.
