It was an amazing experience working with Thomas, He was very professional. he did everything step by step up & on point. I’m happy with my new car.
Greg in the service Dept is Great. He assisted me with my vehicle and kept me informed of the process through it all. He was courteous and just all around made you feel comfortable having your car serviced with them.
It was such a pleasure working with Tommy. He helped me get into a car that is perfect for me and I absolutely love! The customer service I received during and after my visit has been the absolute best! Tommy and Terry made this process smooth and pain-free! Thank you!
What a great experience from beginning to end. Tommy N. was THEE best! He made himself available and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. Very detailed, personable, honest, respectful, thorough, and just overall professional. He explained everything from the finances all the way down to the vehicles functions.. I had a million and one questions, and he answered every single one...he event sent me pictures of the vehicle before hand to make sure it was the vehicle I was looking at. He made sure everything was top notch! 4 days later and Tommy still makes sure I am okay and happy. Infiniti of Silver Spring you have a great salesman on your team!!!! If you are looking to purchase, ask for Tommy N. You will not be disappointed.
This place has the look, feel and customer service of a wholesale used car lot. The repairmen do the absolute bare minimum, so you don't get what you pay for. I feel a little bad for the service representatives because they have to spend the entire day making excuses for poor service. I only feel a little bad for them because they should verify the work before vehicles are delivered back to the customers. The dealership in general looks horrible for a "luxury" brand. It's definitely a reflection of the outdated Infiniti infotainment system.
Update: My last 2 visits have been much better. They appear to have really stepped things up. Service has improved a great deal.
