Had them remodel my one and only bathroom. Less then 4 months later the bathtub/shower combo started leaking water down into my basement. They sent the original installer out who discovered that the leaking pipe was not one of the pipes that he worked on, but he fixed it anyway. I couldn't believe it! Most of the time you hear about contractors who refuse to fix things that "is" their fault. Floormax in Silver Spring has a client for life! Any flooring that I need in the future will definitely be purchased with them.
