(December 27, 2018, 1:36 pm)When I called Sila with no heat freezing cold they responded immediately. They were able to squeeze me on to their schedule on the same day. Shirley and Rachael helped make sure I was aware that I knew when the technician was on his way to my house. Johvonn came and fixed my heat. He had all the parts he needed to ensure he fixed it the same day. I highly recommend them for your heating needs.

(November 15, 2018, 1:26 pm)I have used Sila for heating maintenance and repair for several properties over the past five years. Each time they leave me completely satisfied with outstanding service. They never try to oversell as so many others companies have done in the past. Today was another example of their exceptional service. They moved mountains to accommodate me this morning when I was suddenly without heat. The technician, Johvonn, was outstanding! He was very patient and took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue and gave me comprehensive reports as he investigated the source of the issues. His professionalism and thoughtfulness was very comforting on this stressful and freezing cold morning. He got our heat back on and gave a tutorial on bleeding radiators in addition to carefully explaining what was needed. Sila has once again come through for us in very stressful times! Thank you to Johvonn and the office staff for making this happen! Six stars.
