His warm personality & knowledge of the vehicles were excellent. Shawn is very responsive and made himself available to answer my many questions before and after my purchase. He's also assisted me with apps that are usable in my vehicle. Brendan in finance was very helpful in making the numbers work and welcoming me to the Lexus Family! It's my first, definitely not my last!! Thank you gentlemen.
(October 22, 2021, 11:20 am)Mr.Kim is the best salesman anyone could wish for. He is very knowledgeable, professional and very patient to answer all our questions. He is so helpful in advising us with all important accessories. I would give him the highest score than 5 stars if I can. I will recommend him to my colleagues, friends and family to contact Mr.Kim to purchase their cars! The whole process was stress free and enjoyable. He did not try to push us to make any decisions we did not want to!

(October 18, 2021, 11:03 am)I recently went in on Saturday to get a new vehicle and my Car Consultant Jerome Webster was beyond amazing. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable while I waited. Even though he is new, he was very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. The employees as a whole were amazing and welcoming. They all work well together and are a great team. I would highly recommend this dealership and location in particular!
(May 18, 2021, 8:24 pm)I give Lexus a 5 star rating. From the moment I walked in the door Sam Kim greeted me and worked with me to get me in the car of my liking!! Then Berry the General Manager gave me 5 star treatment at getting me deal that I wanted. And to top it all off Brendan the Finance manager gave me a smooth closing. “Welcome to the Lexus Family” they said!!! My reply, I feel at home!!

I love Sam the salesperson. He absolutely goes above and beyond for you, makes you feel like you are the only customer he has. Happy with the car, happy with the service!
