Avis Car Rental

I did not catch the guys name at the time i was there but he was the only face we seen. There were people outside helping move and clean cars but this man was the only person handling the crowd and he stayed professional and efficient the whole time. The lobby was little and when I entered there were 3 people in front of me. He handle a complaint, returns, and processing the rentals out at the same time. He stayed professional and never skipped a beat, Never raised his voice, and even explained everything I needed to know without a ounce of irritation being noticeable. With that being said, there were what seemed to be muddy shoe marks on the passenger side door and on the glove box plus there seemed to be dog hair or something in the back seat. I didn't survey the exterior of the vehicle before pulling off like I should have but as long as they don't try to blame any of dirt and whatever previous scratches on me then we're good 👌🏽.

I rented a car from Avis a week ago and I got what I wanted. Customer service was great. It took me time getting in and out of there. The agents were very cordial and friendly in dealing with me.I was just trying this service as the matter of fact, I usually rent a car from enterprise but they were too expensive as compared to Avis which was very much affordable. If I have to rent a car again, I will definitely pick the Avis.

Great customer service. The staff is always helpful & courteous. I never have any issues renting from this location.
