“We have been working with RevampFIT for a few months now and our experience has been absolutely perfect. We started with couples training 1x per week at their multi-room space in Silver Spring, and upped it to 2x per week- 1 virtual and 1 in person. The gym in Silver Spring has everything, and multiples, making it easy for them to train us no matter if we are a group of 1, 2 or 3 people. When we train virtually Abel makes great use of our home, using stairs, bands, and the weights we have available. We always feel better in the day to day when we are working with the RevampFIT team.
