“It is a hidden gem. Just found out about this after taking a few turns on one of my weekly walks. Beautiful location with some posted information to learn as well as trails with a location for kids to play. There is a decent space to pay football and picnic if it is possible. Parking is limited so we prepared to walk but hey walking is life.”

“Hidden gem - don’t miss this - it is all yummy at a level 10. I am ALLERGIC to milk and dairy - no problem, they had 3 non-dairy flavors which was awesome for me - mango, pina colada (or pineapple- can’t recall, and a blueberry flavor. That was a win for me. Scrumptious! However- - this place is crowded and the toppings are self- serve. Yummy fruit and nuts and chocolate chips and whipped topping and chocolate syrup and the list goes on forever. But back to self serve elements- I followed about 5 teenage boys and I kept thinking to myself, “now what did they touch before walking through the door?” There was a bottle of hand sanitizer near the register but by The time the person got to the hand sanitizer they had already touched all the spoons.The toppings are behind a shield but it’s still a little dicey. I gave 4 stars because this bothered me. I also gave a 4 because this bowl of soft serve was quite pricey. I no we live in the DMV area but must everything be $12? Boooooo!!! Rate that a 3. My dessert was a 5! This averages 4”

So many of us want to stay but not knowing what is happening with the unemployment situation and the stimulus money we are not sure one day to the next. “I've lived here for about a year and can say in all honesty that this is the best apartment management I've ever had. Not only are they responsive and effective in dealing with the normal things like maintenance, parking, etc. but they also go above and beyond the improve our lives here. They hold holiday parties, block parties, and other community gatherings. They're also just genuinely friendly and nice to interact with. My apartment is also very nice as well. The update a few years ago really did the trick. I highly recommend this place.”
