They usually have a notary public in the building for notarizing documents, which they do for free for customers. There is a parking lot in the back with plenty of parking, and there is an ATM in the front of the building. It's a good place.”

Beau did my intake but to this day he still calls me to check in and see if I need anything. The place is pretty laid back in terms of not treating people like kids but still hold you accountable. Groups are cool but the therapy with Chandra has taken me leaps into a happy sobriety, this place is more about how to live a meaningful life rather than just not do drugs. All in all the staff are great to work with you'd be surprised how many people that you thought didn't even knew you existed come to your side when you're struggling!! “I have been coming here for 4 years now. The staff is so much friendlier than at my last Capital One Bank in Upper Marlboro! Rosa, the bank manager never fails to greet me when I walk in the door, unless she is busy, and all of the tellers are very polite, efficient, and personable. I do miss the coin counting machine, but I understand that the maintenance completely swallowed any profits they made from non-Capital One customers. The auxiliary staff are very competent and do their jobs quickly and professionally. I have to bring my mother here twice a year, to get notarizations that she is still alive, and she is always treated with the utmost respect, and made comfortable if we are required to wait. The bank is always spotless, and there are always coffee and treats available.”
