“This guy is AMAZING. I was absolutely desperate. It was the weekend, the rainbow spinning wheel on my MAC had taken over, and I could not get any work done. I had multiple deadlines and to-dos, and I did not feel comfortable leaving my laptop with sensitive information at a standard “overnight service” repair shop. I called “At Home”, and this company came through with flying colors. I was able to schedule a repair with the owner within 1 hour of contacting him, then he agreed to see me the following day - which was a Sunday! I took the Mac to his site, and sat there waiting while he repaired it. The whole process could not have taken longer than an hour. Not only is he an expert, but he communicated the problem so that I got it - no mind-numbing “tech talk.” Although he sells computers, he wasn’t in the market to try to sell me anything. Nevertheless, while I waited for him to finish, I checked out a refurbished desktop he had for sale and he gave me such a GREAT price, I had to get it.
