Recently, I thought I had an easy DIY fix with a Moen diverter cartridge, however, after many attempts I could not extract the old one. David arrived and experienced the same problem. “Wayne and his small crew rebuilt our pumped septic system after a major pipe failure underground. This happened on the Friday before Memorial Day and he and his crew gave up their whole Memorial Day three-day weekend to get us going again. This was a major job, and in leaving they did some bonus landscaping by tidying and strawing the garden that had to be dug up - leaving it much better looking that it was before they arrived! Great and complicated work done professionally and with a lot of dedication - and they charged us exactly their initial estimate. “I had a great experience using Pipeworks for the first time when my AC stopped working. It's an old unit, and I was worried that anyone coming to look at it would just try to convince me to replace it rather than repair it. Nelson arrived on time, was very courteous and respectful, and more importantly, was methodical and skillful in diagnosing an electrical issue. He got it running again, but unfortunately, overnight it once again stopped working. When I called back, the guy was incredibly apologetic, and Nelson came back that afternoon (for the record, I think he did a thorough job the first day and don't blame him for the second issue at all!). I once again admired his process of finding the problem and he did a great job explaining to me his thought process as he was working through it. That second visit did the trick and my super old AC system is working great. “Fast service, great value! I called Mike after 5 pm yesterday, and he came out today and fixed my water heater today at a very reasonable price. I called another plumber who suggested replacing the whole water heater at $2000 and said they wouldn't be able to get here for two weeks. Mike replaced the heating elements and it's working fine at about 1/8 that price. He said it should last many more years. Mike does the work that's needed and won't rip you off. On Monday morning when Gus was to be here between 8 and 9, he called right at 9 to say that he was 6 minutes from the house and was held up by traffic. They were here by 8:20 and had completed the new faucet installation in an hour, tested it and demonstrated it to our satisfaction. Amazing. We highly recommend them.
