(November 8, 2018, 4:44 pm)Our experience was great. We called at 9:00 PM. He arrived by 10:00. Our refrigerator was fixed by 11:00, and he even cleaned out the built-up ice. The price was fair, and he was very clear about it ahead of time--no surprises. This is the company that will will use from now on.
Also of note: We called 6 or 7 repair shops before we found Racz. All were closed, even though they advertised 24-hour service. Racz saved our freezer full of food. -

(July 1, 2018, 7:25 pm)Called on a Saturday night about my washer not draining properly. Careen came over the next day (Sunday) and presto, I have a working washer again. Great service and pricing was extremely reasonable. Don't hesitate, this is the place.
