  I love My New Roof!
  
  Like most people, I work hard for my money, and I want to feel that I am getting the most out of it. If that is your concern, Capital Improvements is an excellent choice for your roofing project. I felt very comfortable with Pat who took the time to explain to me the nuances of my project and suggested to me the best colors and materials that would enhance my home and its potential resale value. My new roof is beautiful, well-crafted and reasonably-priced. They even did my shed!

  Amazing company! Pat and Austin were very knowlegable especially about the roof construction in my homes area. They were able to tell me problems they may find even before stripping the old roof off. They gave a very reasonable price quote and did not try and sell me. There quite easily beat the big companies and the work is just as good if not better! They let their product and experience do the talking. The roof was stopped and new one put on in the time frame that they stated. If anyone is looking for roof replacement or any other work that Capitol Improvements can perform I would highly recommend you contact them!!

  I highly recommend this company. They were easy to work with, efficient, and prices were reasonable. I really liked the rapport I had with Pat, and really liked that this was a family run company. I would recommend them to my family (if they lived close by), and I have recommended them to my neighbors. Thanks for my new roof on my house and shed. It makes a huge difference!

  My many searches for a good roofer ended after meeting with Pat Jewell. He replaced my nephews roof and my nephew was very satisfied and highly recommended Pat to me. Pat Jewell was very knowledgeable and explained step-by-step what needed to be done. He was also very professional yet really easy to talk with. After several estimates from other roofers, we felt that he was honest with his recommendations and very fair with his pricing. The process was smooth, and our roof was replaced in a timely manner. His staff worked diligently in the hot weather and was friendly and professional as well. They did a great job and cleaned up everything. We are definitely happy and satisfied with the final results. We HIGHLY recommend this company.

  I had a wonderful experience getting my roof replaced with Capitol Improvements. Austin and Mitch were a pleasure to work with and they responded to my questions in a timely manner. I initially got a quote from Long Roofing. This was a mistake! I did not appreciate their high pressure sales tactics. They spent hours in my home trying to pressure me to buy with today only offers. I am very glad I contacted Capitol Improvements because my experience with them was completely different. I did not experience any high pressure sales tactics. They were very friendly and respectful. Capitol Improvements offered me the same benefits as other companies. They had all the same products, 50 year warranties, certifications, but didn’t pressure us to make a decision or do any of the sales games. We saved $8,000 compared to Longs outrageous price and the roof looks amazing. We are very pleased with the work that Capitol Improvements did and we would highly recommend and use them again in the future.
