  Amy from the Sales Department in Maryland, I very knowledgeable and so courteous and worked over and beyond to ensure my experience with Bob’s Furniture was a positive experience. I had many issues with Acceptance Now, which she resolved. I love my furniture and the delivery men were wonderful. Definitely recommend to order through Bob’s website. As I ordered from website and did not see in person and the Cascade reclining sofás are great.

  I was unable to complete purchase online for whatever reason. I called and who was very nice you took my order over the phone. I would recommend anyone who is looking for furniture check them out good quality at a great price and the customer service is exceptional!

  I went there with my family to change my living room furniture and the service I received from Aqib Noori is extraordinary. I have been to plenty of other stores And I have never seen an employee with that level of patience and willingness to help. If and when I decide to buy another furniture I know who to go to. Thank you Aqib.

  I came to Bob's with my daughter to buy new mattresses as a Birthday gift to her. The representative that met us upon entering into the store was very welcoming and accommodating. We told him what we were looking to buy and he immediately went into action. He demonstrated outstanding customer service, knowledge of the store and merchandise, and most of all patience. Upon making our selection, he suggested buying
  A mattress cover for my her mattresses, demonstrated the quality of each cover, went over the warranty of each product. Overall, his performance was outstanding.
