  Michael Click was great in working with us on our purchase of a slightly used vehicle. He was very good at providing us the necessary information to make an informed decision and was prepared when we came to complete the purchase. All in all a very good experience. Thanks to Mike and Ourisman for running a dealership the way it should be done.

  Arrived at 1000 Hrs. on 26 October 2018. Was signed in by Natasha. Natasha was very through and friendly. Dan in parts was also a great help. Both employees made sure I was kept up to date on my vehicle from start to finish. Not often do I take the time to write a lengthy review. But the crew at Oursiman deserved ***** (5 stars!) Thank you!

  Very knowledgeable,fun, and friendly staff at Ourisman Chrysler Of Bowie. They understand the stress of having to spend money to get your car fixed and they turned it into a pleasant experience for me. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that asked me where they should take their car to get serviced. Thanks again!

  I have not felt so important since my husband and I purchased our car in 2015 from another dealership...who has not shown customer service only criticism, never any friendly alternatives. They have LOST my business to return there. At the bowie dealership, one thing I liked is the person I was in touched with "Delante'" He kept me up to speed on the work being done on my car. Other suggestions were made, offers given, end result my car is back in my hands, and still riding like it was first purchased. I would not trade this kind of service for anything. Many have tried, but NONE can compare. Thank you so much for treating my like I matter. I truly do appreciate that. This will be my service station from now on! I experienced a couple of others who were very kind, and helpful.."Thank you". If anyone ask I will be sending them there. You may be a little out of the way, but the BOWIE TEAM is well worth the drive. :)
