  I would like to take a moment to thank Will Stein and his wonderful staff! Will worked with us during a difficult time. He was very kind, easy to talk too and helpful. The entire staff was accommodating at all times. Will and his staff are very knowledgeable and always wanted to make sure we were in the know, every step of the way. Will Stein Group truly was a life saver for my family and we will be forever grateful. JOB WELL DONE!

  Will and his team did a great job - and believe me, our standards were high :-) Front the help and advice he gacve us prior to listing and evert step along the way to a final settlement, his help was invaluable and appreciated. A solid negotiator, attentive to details and a strong focus on client satisfaction are all qualities you will find in Will and his team. Would definitely recommend and use his services again!

  Our Maryland townhouse just sold, and thanks to our realtor, Will Stein, the whole process went smoothly and we're very happy with the outcome. Will knew the market and gave us excellent guidance along the way. We were counting on him as we live across the country and really needed help with key decisions. He helped us decide to sell to an investor rather than tackle the hassle and expense of remodelling. Then he was well-connected in the real estate investment community and found an ideal buyer.When snags popped up, he always had the resources at his fingertips.   I would highly recommend Will Stein and his team if you are planning to sell or purchase a home in this area. I was looking to sell my home in Bowie and found Will based on positive reviews I saw online. As a lawyer I am naturally skeptical until I experience something for myself. After my initial meeting with Will I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the market. Will was able to answer all of my questions and offer solutions for all of my concerns. At that moment I knew that Will was the right person for me. Will and his team ultimately exceeded my expectations. It was truly a one stop shop for all of my needs. Will and his team came up with a quick game plan for selling my home and executed the plan almost seamlessly. I lived about an hour away from the property so was concerned with my time and availability. Will and his team, however, made everything easy and simple. Will and his team were very responsive and most of the paperwork was able to be completed online. When appropriate Will would personally call or make sure that my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. The superb staging and marketing immediately attracted interest. I was then able to follow the showings and feedback from interested buyers through an app that Will’s team set up. Will ultimately found a buyer that was willing to purchase the home for above list price. I didn't even have to attend the closing. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with Will and his team. I could not have asked for a better experience.

  From the time I contacted him until closing was less than two months. His friendly and professional team provided timely and accurate information, and was very responsive. They did all the staging. Will is a no nonsense guy, who tells the truth and sets realistic expectations. He then exceeds your expectations. I particularly liked that the vast majority of paperwork was online.
