Our family lived here in 2020-21 and we leased a fully renovated unit with all new appliances, which was great value. From the easy signing of lease agreement remotely (Rachel accommodated all our requests, video tour, numerous questions etc) to dealing with the office while we lived there, I don't have any complaints about the management team. The maintenance guys when needed were also prompt, polite, and did their job well. Moving out was smooth and stress-free.
The complex itself is a pleasant and safe environment, so I recommend it for families. It didn't prohibit smoking though, but it seems many complexes in MD don't.

Me and my husband lived at Kingscrest for 18 months. The place is really good. I loved this place especially in Spring. The area is peaceful and safe. You will never have a parking space issue at Kingscrest. I must appreciate the maintenance team. They are really quick. Overall, a very good experience living there!
