My Hyundai was experiencing hard starting issues. I took it to John Hook Automotive. Josh discovered that the car had a leaky fuel regulator. The part was replaced and the issue was fixed in one day. The service was excellent. I was provided pictures of the part they were replacing and an estimate of the work. Communication was excellent. I was very pleased with the service and the work. I am very satisfied. Josh provided great customer service. I highly recommend Josh and John Hook Auto.

John Hook Automotive employees and service were top-notch. Josh is knowledgeable, easy-going, and communicates well throughout the process. They have a great system in place for describing the problem areas of my vehicle, with accompany images and descriptions of the problem and what the part is and does. You will know absolutely what the issues are and how they will affect your vehicle. 10/10 would recommend anyone to take their vehicle to them.

Professional and responsive. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the person who did the initial intake on my car went on vacation and which caused confusion didn't communicate with the person covering which caused confusion with the insurance adjuster. It took me over four days to get it straightened out. Otherwise everything has been great. I used to bring my car here years ago but lost touch. I have been looking for a trusted knowledgeable mechanic and I believe I've found it.

After a Honda dealer informed me that they could not find the source of a rotational noise located in the front of my 2016 Pilot, I called John Hook auto and for an appointment. I sent John Hook a recording of the noise and the problem was diagnosed in less than 5 minutes. I brought the vehicle in and the repair was performed without any problems. Too bad that JHA is located so far from my home or I would use them for all my auto needs.

Set appointment with them. They helped me with brake fluid and transmission fluid maintenance. Saved me hundreds by going to John Hook vs my local dealer. Communication was excellent letting me know my car was ready earlier than I had expected. Definitely will be back. Thanks to John, Josh and Andrew…job well done.
