    The best customer service I have encountered in quite some time. Called a bunch of stores looking for a red IPhone 8 - the other stores were a joke(just about everyone in DC area) I was told they either didn’t carry the phone or didn’t bother to check inventory. My guy Terrance was not only courteous over the phone , he took the time to check his inventory and offer to order it for me since he didn’t have it in stock. Make a long story short - I went in the store and witnessed the best customer service in quite some time. Everyone I like will be referred over to these guys ????????????????
    Btw this is the first time ever wrote a review and it happens to be Friday night ????

    I had a tough day yesterday and Terrence and Ariel helped my day turn around by switching my service from sprint to T mobile! They were very accomadating and supportive of what I wanted! I will be a returning customer and will be sure to tell my family and friends to visit this store/particular location! Thanks guys!

    I would like to say that I was in the T-Mobile store and I was very confused when I got to talk to your employers that work in the store angel Terrence helped me so much to become a T-Mobile member and I'm so happy I give them 25 Stars how good they was with me as a customer and other customers came to the store with them 8145 North two graduations to the guys thumbs up keep up the good work and many many more customers to come in and be so happy and jolly Angel and Terrence did a good job I'm so happy just don't even know can imagine getting touch it I'm happy about my service thank you Miss Downing it's nice you give him a raise they did so wonderful they keep the store in top shape
