Davis Tanzania DDS

Dr. Davis is awesome! She addressed my concerns and explained in details what my options were. This helped me to make an informed and financial decision that works best for me. However, the reason for 4 stars, when I was checking out and went to get my bill, the guy near the receptionist over charged me on the fees. It wasn't until I asked him to give me an itemized list of repairs and I check my patient price sheet and learned I was being overcharged. Then I called him back and told him of his
mistake, he apologized and refunded my money immediately. I have not had any issues with over charges since. In fact, Dr. Davis gives you a price chart for all the work that needs to be performed before going to visit that guy.

Myself and my children have been going to Dr. Davis for several years. Both she and her staff are always courteous and professional. They are gentle with my kids. I have never had a problem contacting the office or making an appointment...even on an emergency basis. The wait time to be seen is never unreasonable. I love the music and ambience in the office. I am certainly a happy customer.

I really had an awesome experience at this dentist! I was referred to Dr. Davis by a co-worker. She said she recently went and the place was nice and clean and the staff was really nice. Well, that was an understatement! First, the receptionist was very warm and friendly. She was helpful and patient with me as I filled out paperwork for my dependent and I. My dependent and I were seen at the same time...on time with two different specialist. Both of our specialist were kind, very easy on our teeth and provided great feedback for better care for our teeth. Dr. Davis is really friendly and you can tell she's in it because she loves what she does. I have not been to a dentist in a long time, so I thought I was going to be embarrassed. I wasn't my specialist (Portia) was kind and told me what I needed to do to get back on track. I left feeling good. I was helped and the staff was exceptional...from the front desk to Dr. Davis. I really appreciate the service an friendly staff. This place is highly recommend. Oh and I forgot to mention that I received at least 3 reminder text /messages and a courtesy call the day of. All of my contact with the between myself and the staff at Dr. Davis have been pleasant. I can't say enough about the great service. Thank you!!
