IHOP

My recent IHOP experience was enhanced thanks to standout server Diana. Her expertise guided our menu selections, recommending her favorites like a seasoned pro. Once our meal arrived, Diana’s attention never wavered. She promptly refilled coffees, syrups with perfect timing amidst the bustling diner. Diana’s hospitality and veteran serving skills brought warmth to the visit. Alongside fluffy pancakes, her gracious check-ins and smiles perfectly complemented the quintessential IHOP breakfast I craved. I definitely wouldn't consider my pancake run complete without Diana’s charming presence elevating the service.

I was very impressed with my server Diana during my last visit to IHOP. When I first sat down, she greeted me right away with a smile and made me feel welcome. Throughout my meal, she made sure to check on me frequently and see if I needed any refills or extra syrup. When my food came out, hot and seemingly fresh, she reassured me to flag her down if I needed anything at all. From start to finish, my server provided attentive, friendly, and prompt service that massively enhanced my already positive IHOP dining experience. Her fantastic service matched the fantastic food, and both will bring me back to this IHOP location the next chance I get.

We came here for a quick breakfast and the food was good enough to eat/get the energy we needed for the day. The plating left much to be desired and it didn’t really look very appetizing, but our server was great! I love that this location has single seat booths aka a booth for 2 ppl only as opposed to a booth that can fit 4-6 ppl total.

The service & food here was absolutely incredible. Ms. Bryana is an amazing waitress/server. I will be coming back.

We are from Maine and stopped in to eat at ihop on Excalibur Road. We had a great experience. The reason it was so great was our waiter, Sean. He was friendly, attentive, and extremely personable. We went for breakfast and got right in, the food came out quickly, and Sean checked on us a few times to ensure we had what we needed. As we know all ihops serve the same food. But what sets this ihop apart is the customer service we received from Sean. Highly recommend this location. (It was a very clean restaurant as well)
