  Mr. Thomas was awesome to work with, he's professional, reliable and forthcoming, with his ability to reach out to sellers, he demonstrates his willingness to provide a services without pressure. He's a delight to work with, while he's providing listing to show, he's also aligning prospective buyers or renters, on the seller's behave. Mr. Thomas has demonstrated quality service beyond the call, as he has assisted me as the investor and landlord; he provides updates on the status of property listings. Since I'm an investor with limited time to go out to property, Mr. Thomas will go on my behalf, and video tape the property inside and out, then send to me for view, saving me time and providing a real property view that I can access from my computer. When I have time to go out, he'll set up a schedule to choose from, contacting the sellers agent or seller for an appointment that will accommodate both parties, whether its to visit an open house, or private showing.
  Mr. Thomas has provided resources to access the local government portal for Landlords to obtain a renters license; a local government requirement, as he assist single families or section 8 recipients seeking housing. Mr. Thomas will go the extra mile, rain or shine...he will screen applicants on behalf of the seller or buyer not to waste time, on those not qualified. He'll inform applicants not qualified to purchase, programs to help get qualified.
