I felt comfortable with Karen right from the start. She helped me to help myself and get back on track by asking key questions and recommending useful resources. Some discomfort with healing is to be expected but Karen made sure I found my strength. I like her straight-forward style and I will definitely return.

She is a wonderful, compassionate listener who is also down to earth, funny, and approachable.
